The author and editor of nearly 100 publications on gender and technology, online learning, digital pedagogies, and graduate education, Dr. Blair currently serves as the editor of the international journal Computers and Composition.

Dr. Richard Ennals is Emeritus Professor at Kingston University, UK, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Agder, Norway, and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Dr. Rita Yi Man Li currently serves as an Associate Professor at Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU). Dr. Daniel Stockemer, University of Ottawa, Canada
Dr. Daniel Stockemer is Konrad Adenauer Research Chair in Empirical Democracy Studies and Full Professor in the School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa. Since becoming a professor in 2010, Dr. Stockemer has several editorial commitments. He is editor of the International Political Science Review (IPSR), the flagship journal of the International Political Science Association (IPSA), and editor of the Springer Series in Electoral Politics.

Dr. Xiaobo Yang, Oshkosh Corporation, USA
Dr. Xiaobo Yang, an SAE and ASME Fellow and the Senior Chief Principal Engineer at Oshkosh Corporation, has over 25 years of research and development experience in the automotive industry. He is the recipient of several SAE awards and currently serves as an Associate Editor of SAE and ASME journals and as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Vehicle Performance.

Dr. Molly Zhou, Dalton State College, USA
Dr. Molly Zhou is a faculty member at Dalton State College. Her research interests are education, culture and diversity, technology, assessment, and teacher preparation. Dr. Zhou received her bachelor’s degree in English and her master’s degree in Educational Administration. Dr. Zhou continued further studies in curriculum studies, and she earned her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida.
